cannot edit information

For unclear reason I lost a possibility to change information in pages and edit pages. In an attempt to edit I got a message from Confluence, that editing is currently impossible and for I can try editing in a few minutes again. This situation lasts for few hours already and I get the same messages from Confluence and I cannot edit

I tried it on my browser and it’s working perfectly
See if these points might be the problem

• If you are not a site admin, then the site admin might have revoked your access 
• Browser antivirus : Disable the antivirus software and try again

I'm an admin. So thre is no issue of revoked access

I tried several browers from IOS and Windows. The result was the same. As soon as I tried to edit a page a get a message that I cannot, and should try later. 

Yesterday, I restarted Conflunce in the server because it stop working. Now, I'm thinking of a possibility that Confluence database lost integrity and the system cannot edit becuase of this. Maybe, the is some kind of "safe mode" or Confluence data base check and repair, for I can use Confluence as before. There should be some reason why I cannot edit any more.
