confluence使用插件时识别中文出现显示乱码/错误等现象

1.在使用plantuml插件时，输入了中文字符，显示出现乱码现象

2.在使用jira插件进行导入时，如果查询语句中含中文，导入的jira数据在显示会提示报错

3.插件缓存文件中缺少bundled-plugins_language文件

I use the data center mode and there are 4 nodes. When I visit one of the nodes, it displays garbled characters, and the other is displayed normally.
