confluence 4.2 missing toggle full screen and toggle context menu?

I can't seem to find these, I tried using the keyboard shortcut ctl/shift/f. that didn't work either.

Are they gone?

with the context menu toggled, I could right click a spell checker, or insert a table row. Is there a repacement for that?

and full screen is just so nice.
