Hello,
similar to the "Changes in the last 24 hours mail" we need to be able to create a page in confluence which
- shows in all spaces allowed for the current user all changes of last X days (or optional since last login) but limited to a list of (important) spaces (the 24-hours-mail shows all spaces with at least read-access)
I'm sure in 4.x this should be possible with some "old-style-third-party-macros" like {space-reporter} and so on. But perhaps now in 5.3+ there is an easier way to get this?
Any hints are appreciated (including the use of add-ons)
Thanks,
Sven
Hi Sven, the only solution I can give - is the "old-Style....".
With the Reporting Plugin (https://docs.servicerocket.com/display/REPORT/Reporting+Plugin) you could build a table with your requests. You can set the date limit. You could show either all the favourite spaces of the user or you name the spaces to show in the report.
Greetings Manuela
Hello @Sven
I have only just discovered your question.
If you are interested in other solutions and are also open to using a third-party app, we recently released a new version of our Viewtracker app.
With the new Analytics Report macro, you can present to your audience lists of newly published, most viewed, recently modified, most liked, and most commented content, along with other interesting information for the desired time period within the Spaces on Confluence pages.
Kind regards,
Mattia

Hi,
To create a page that shows all changes in the last X days for specific spaces, use the "Recently Updated" macro:
1. Edit the page.
2. Insert the "Recently Updated" macro.
3. Configure it to include spaces `x, y, z` and set the desired time frame.
4. Save the page.
For more features, consider add-ons like "Content Report Table" or "Enhanced Search".
Hope this helps!

Have you taken a look at the search results macro? If has a parameter for "Last Modified". It will also only show you results that you have access to. If you want to then even further limit which spaces are represented you could use a user macro to loop through the filetered list of spaces and create a search results macro for each of those spaces using the Restrict to this Space Key parameter of the search results macro.

Does this work for you?
