Dear all, 

How can we setup new account first login confluence, and then they must change it's password? And how can we distable account when some account is setup more then 3 months? Thank you.

To force users to provide their own passwords you may set up email for your instance so that you invite the users rather than setting their initial password. Configuring a Server for Outgoing Mail
