This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Getting Help and Support

I can not make a backup

I receive an error "Woah! Something went wrong! Getting objects to export"

I have the same problem, today i receive an error message "Woah! Something went wrong! Getting objects to export"

I can't make a backup.

Can you help?

Apologies for the inconvenience.  We're currently experiencing an issue with Cloud Confluence instances where Backups are not running.  We are currently tracking this issue on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-39685.  Please add yourself as a watcher to receive updates as they become available.
