confluence installation error?

I tried to install the conflunece in my laptop,i was given the liecense,after that i'm getting error!can you please assist me about this confluence error.jpg

Hi Pidathala,

Can we see the rest of the errors from that page? I suspect it could be the Confluence does not start due to 'Unable to clean the cache directory' error but we're not able to see the bottom of the error message.
