confluence server 8.5.6 encoded characters problem on macro ptional title

Hi,
On confluence server 8.5.6, there is problement witho ending characters when using and titling confluence supplied macros like "info".

I can reproduce the problem by this way :

-create a new page
-insert macro 'info'
- optional title' :I entered: "être à l'hôtel liège"
-overview displays : "être à l'hôtel liège"
-insert displays : Info | être à l'hôtel liège
-publish displays : "être à l'hôtel liège"

This add did not help : on /opt/atlassian/confluence/bin/setenv.sh/

CATALINA_OPTS="-Dfile.encoding=UTF8 ${CATALINA_OPTS}"

Note that the last updated versions are from 7.19.18 to 8.5.5 and to 8.5.6,the current in use.
