"Suspended" means that one of these things has happened:
no-one has used your system for months, so it's gone dormant
you have not been paying the subscription
you have reached the end of your trial period and have not subscribed or asked for an extension of your trial
You need to talk to the person who person who started the trial to ask them which one it is, and then either get them to pay the bill or get in touch with Atlassian to ask for re-activation.
Hi @d_aderiho if you're having licensing issues, I would suggest opening a Support ticket (support.atlassian.com then click 'Contact' link in upper right hand corner) . They should be able to help you with getting the license in order.
