confluence user not able to see filter name in macro but others

Hi,

In "Issue Statistics" macro, the user unable to search for his own filter. But other persons are able to see the filter.

He has confluence-users group and filter managed by himself.

Could you please let me know , why this is happening to this particular user?

He should take a look at his shares, perhaps it's shared to a group that he can't access?
