control port(127.0.0.1:8000) is not opend after starting confluence.

Dear,

I use centOS 7.

I installed conflence via installer.

And I am tyring to open setup page via web browser.

Sometimes the setup page is accessible.

But It is not often accessible.

When it is accessible, control port(8000) is opened.

When it is not accssible, control port(8000) is not opened.

I checked this situlation using service restart.

How much time should I wait for opening control port?

This address is "home".  It always means "this computer".

You have not told us what you have set up here, so we cannot tell you a lot.  What have you told the installer to do?
