conversion to new editor failed - We could not display the content

Hi

 

I used the option to migrate the page to the new editor, I saw the preview page and everything looked normal, but the page now s black with a message 

We could not display the content, refresh and try again

But the refresh did not solve the problem.

Hello Andres,

Thank you for contacting us about this. Can you tell me if this is the only page that's happened to for you? On that page, were there any particular macros being used? I've noticed that this error happens sometimes when there's a macro on the page causing an issue. 

To know for sure, we'd want to have a look at your Confluence site logs, and obtain a copy of a recorded HAR file from you. For this, I recommend that you raise an issue with Atlassian Cloud Support so we can investigate the cause. If you're not an eligible user on your account to raise a support ticket, you can report this to your administrator, who will be able to raise the request for you.

1) Background Color

2) Table of Contents

3) Tasklist

We have many links to other pages, the rest is a simple text (no images)

Hello Andres,

Thank you for those details. At this point, we will want to take a look at your site so we can determine the issue. It will require a ticket with Atlassian Cloud Support.

Could you please raise this with your Cloud site admin, and have them raise that ticket? They will then be able to give us permission to access your site and look into your issue.
