We are using the community license for Confluence.
We have many internal and external documents that should go through the workflow and approval process, so we wanted to explore the options. We found the comala being a helping tool for this objective, but the costing is not allowing us to go for it, because we have many internal/external/partners/consultant users.
Kindly suggest how to optimize the cost for comala?
The cost of an app is determined by the user tier you have for the main application you have added it to.
I am guessing by "optimise" you mean you want to reduce the cost. There is no way to do this, other than reducing the number of (licenced) people using Confluence.
