How do you authourise a user to delete pages ONLY where they are permitted to edit that page? I dont want users to be able to delete any page they like....

I think it is not possible.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

You can restrict specific pages to only certain users delete it.

 

But if you set this user to have permissions to delete pages on the space, he will be able to delete any page that do not have restrictions.
