Hi Bonnie,

Since you mentioned you are on the latest version of Confluence, it sounds like you are using Confluence 6.10 and your organization is hosting it. Is that correct or do you use Confluence Cloud? (If your URL ends with .atlassian.net then it is Cloud.)

To help us narrow down the issue, please let us know:

  • Do you get emails for other activity in Confluence, outside of calendar events?
  • You mentioned the alert is turned on, does that mean you are watching the calendar as described in Watch a Calendar?
  • Do other users get emails from the calendar you are watching?
  • Was there a time when you did get the emails from the calendar or has it never worked?
  • Do you get emails from other calendars on the Confluence instance?
  • Was Confluence upgraded and if so, was Team Calendars also upgraded?
  • Are you adding the events that you don't get notified for? If so, you may need to tick the box for "notify on my actions" in the Confluence email settings.
