disable access to a space requests in confluence

Hello,

I need to disable the user ability to request for access to an space. I want to force them to call for access to our help desk.

I have done:

-In Confluence administrator, General Configuration, site configuration--> (now in spanish) Mensaje de comunicación con los administradores --> I have defined a new message where I explain that they must call for access... and I have unchecked the 'Formulario de administradores de contacto' but I still receive mails asking for access to some spaces...

I don't know what more I have to do...
