I have subscribed to all articles, but for example today (the problem has been about 1 week) I did not receive half of the notifications. Although Push notifications arrive fine. The problem concerns messages about comments to articles, but sometimes article edits are not notified. Please help with the question.

Not sure if you are hit with this active incident which is still being investigated. You can ask your site admin to raise a ticket with Atlassian Support for this.

Are you sure that you are site admin of the site ? Because site admins can see their site listed in the "Which product is this for" dropdown, which doesn't seems to be the case, as per your screenshot.
