I have tried installing eSig Document Management Confluence app a few times over few days and keep getting "There was a hiccup.. please try again" error message. Has anyone been able to install the app successfully? What did you do to get around the error message. I have already tried contacting the vendor and they said it's Atlassian marketplace issue and I should contact them.
These occur all the time, unfortunately.
You don't have any other option than opening a ticket for Atlassian Support. Include the base URL of your site, a link to the app, the time when you tried it, etc.
Also, it can just disappear without any visible change. So, you can retry this time to time. I know it doesn't sound productive, but that's what it is...
