editing subcategory main page DC

Hi

I would like to know if user (not administrator) can edit the main page of subcategory in Confluence (Data Center). We have categories and then subcategories in which there are spaces. After a subpage was created there is main-subpage with menu on the left with spaces, activity stream on the right and another column in the middle. One of the users would like to have permission to edit this page. How to grant him this permission?
