Hi,
We are in the middle of a migration proces (actual migration planned end of this week) and wanted to update the migration assistant app to the latest version. While doing so we got an error stating "Prpblem accessing the file Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant".
Does any of you have any idea what that means/ where it comes from/ how to solve/ etc.?
We managed to get support via our Atlassian migration manager. Atlassian looked into the issue and came this morning with the following conclusion:
"I noticed that you are currently using Confluence version 7.19 and Postgres version 11. However, we have been experiencing some issues with Postgres 11. Therefore, I would recommend updating to a newer version "
Since we are going to migrated this evening/night, we decide to not do this upgrade and therefore als to not upgrade the migration manager.
For now the problem has been 'solved'.
Hello @Joris
If you are still covered by a support contract for your Confluence instance your Confluence Administrators can open a support case directly with Atlassian about that.

Thanks for the reply @Trudy Claspill .
Thing is that we, based on the consultant advice, did let the server licences expire. But now the whole migration takes more time than expected. Renewal of the licences has been requested (last week, before this issue did pop up), but since we do have our cloud migration planned this week, we are not going to manage to have the server licences in place before that.

If you are still engaged with the consultant, either you or the consultant should still try to open a support case with Atlassian.
I work for an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, consulting on Atlassian Cloud migrations (among other things), and even for our clients whose licenses have expired we are still able to engage with Atlassian support.
