exclude heading in the TOC

The documentation does not gice an explanation nor an example how to exclude a heading in the TOC.

exclude / include headings in TOC is really a little bit tricky cause it's based on regular expressions. I had to handle with this too. 

There is a real good answer for a similar question in community that helped me a lot - find it here. The answer from @Steffen Heller saved my day - or even my life.

I just checked it out an it also works in cloud perfectly.
