Hello,
we have set the license to auto-renew. Never the less we get a notification, that the support / license will expire about 11 months after the last renew.
How can we get ride of this notification for ever and not only for the next 12 months?

You may receive renewal reminders if there is an open quote on the account. Can you confirm first which product you are getting the renewal notification from so we can check from our end? Thanks.
