Hi,

what is the best way to grant read-access for all spaces and pages. Also restricted pages should be readable.

We have a lot of spaces that should also be readable for that group.

Which solution would you suggest?

1- Use default Space Permissions and configure a user group to have view permission

2- Allow anonymous access (view permission only) in the desired Spaces and restrict only the private pages you want to kept hidden

Each has it's own benefits and usecases

Hi Gezim,
in this case I believe that restricted paged cannot be viewed.
I don´t really want to give admin permissions.

So easily you could just set up a Confluence Group then and assign that group view permission only in each space you require.
