global theme doesn't fit in a space

I've got a theme for the entire systme which is configured in the admin-area under Custom HTML.

The ptoblem is: on the dasboard it works fine, but in some spaces it is not adopted.

I thought that such settings were adopted everywhere!

There are a couple of reasons why this might be happening:

1. Space admins can override the global theme in individual spaces
2. Or they can apply custom HTML
3. Or, if it's only happening to one or two people and not to everyone, they might have enlarged the font on their browser (eg in Firefox) by using Ctrl-+ (to fix that, ask them to use Ctrl-0, which resets it to normal size)
