hand over variables for Confluence Templates when using Jira automation to create a page

Hi everyone, 

we are already using the Jira Automation 'Create Page in Confluence' to create a page using a specific template and link the page to the ticket. 

In addition we would like to have certain values of the Jira Ticket added to the body of the page (e.g. description) using template variables. Ideally Confluence should get updated automatically if the value in Jira gets updated lateron. 

Another idea to resolve the use case would be to add the Jira Macro to the Confluence Page and handover the ticketnumber into the search of the macro. 

Any ideas how we could resolve this are appreciated.
