hanging Calendar Start Day to Monday in Confluence

Currently, when I enter //date on a Confluence page, the calendar displays with a start day of Sunday. However, I would like to change this configuration so that the calendar starts on Monday instead.

From these Community Articles, it appears the calendar start date goes off of the Language pack: Calendar start  Calendar Date 

I see there is a ticket created in Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) to allow this to be configured differently.  You can vote for and watch it here: CONFCLOUD-75488
