Is it possible to hide a column in a confluence template? I want to be able to hide a column in read mode but be able to view in edit mode.

The same should be reflected when a user goes to create a page using the template. Column hidden when on read mode and visible when they go fill out the page.

Thanks
Victor

Hello Victor,

Thank you for contacting us. It is not possible to hide a column in this manner. My recommendation is to use the Placeholder Text if you want to include a snippet of text that can only be viewed while editing the page.

I've included a screenshot above to show you where to find it in the new template editor. On the old editor, it's called "Instructional Text". Let me know if you have any questions about that.

Regards,

Shannon
