how can I re-enable legacy editor to get Insert Symbols back?

Anyone know how I can revert to the legacy editor which had all the USEFUL click-and-select symbols which Atlassian in their fantasy world removed??

Hopefully that would also give me back Undo button and larger colour palette ...

I tried contacting Atlassian on Friday as per the instructions

Sunday night and I still have the new editor without symbols and without Undo
