how can I recover video that i accidentally removed from free cam

Hi. I accidentally remove a video that I saved . Now, i need to recover it as it is an important video. How can I recover that video from Free CAM?

@Kertana Devi , are you saying that you had embedded a video into your Confluence page then deleted it? 

actually I think you may be in the wrong place. I suspect that you were using the “free cam “ and are looking for support on that app. You may have clicked on the wrong link. If memory serves there are two links in there one for support on three cam and one that directs you to this community. This community is about Atlassian products not the free cam app.
