how can I create a visual flow grouping of the user stories based on the list or table. I would like to visualise the grouping to create the tree structure.

If you would like to have something like that you would have to manually build out the flow.  I do not believe that there is even a marketplace app for that other than gantt style charts https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=visual%20jira%20issues&product=confluence&hosting=cloud 

Confluence does have the Jira issue macro to display issues but it will not have a visual flow.  https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-jira-issues-macro/
