Hi @Cecilia Yoshida and welcome to the community

I don't know your hosting type, so I try to answer the question for both types :) 

For both, I'm not aware of any possibility to create a "pop-up". So here are some suggestions, how you can do it without pop-ups 

Confluence Cloud

In confluence cloud you could use the "expand macro" like this

Just type "/expand" and choose expand:

In the view mode, this could look like this:

Confluence Server

Of course, you can also use the "expand macro" for confluence server. There is another option. You could use the "panel macro" or the "info macro

When you use the info macro, this looks like:

With the panel macro, it would looks very similar, but the panel macro is more customizable.
