how do I edit page tree menu item names and page tree content?

I have edit access to a confluence page tree.  However, I cannot find how to edit the menu items in that page tree - renaming them, creating new page tree entries, removing old entries, etc.  I found how to re-order them!  But that's it.

Tried Google and youtube with many searches, I see content on creating new pages, but nothing on editing the page TREE on the left side/sidebar.  

Please help!

The page tree macro utilizes the page names to generate what you see.  If you need to edit a name you will need to edit the page and change the name. Additional information about the macro can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-tree-macro-163414255.html
