You login as admin, click the top right corner, click "profile", click "administer user", and change the password there. This however only works if you only use a local user directory or a read/write configured AD/LDAP server. If you use a JIRA user server, you have to login to JIRA and change it there. Not sure how it works with proper crowd integration. Hope i have answered your one-liner question.
