how to add confluence blog space on watch list of every user?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Watch Pages, Spaces and Blogs

We are using your Confluence software for sharing knowledge. Most of the developer write blog post in a specific space. But only few of the developers have added the blog space on their watch list. We want to it on on everyone's watch list so user can get notification when a new blog is posted. 

Is there way to do it automatically for all user?

My  system administrator did that so I don't know the process.

Perhaps check the Administrator Guide documentation or someone else knows the detail?

Watching Blogs is a setting for each User in their email preferences settings

Your system administrator may be able to configure all new Users that are created to have that setting switched on
