how to add image and styling to Confluence page

I'm creating a page via confluence rest API.

The page contains a table with 200+ entries and I want to stylize the table as we usually do using Bootstrap. But I'm unable to add bootstrap to my page via CDN.
Is there any other way to paginate the table ??

Also how do i add images using ><img> tag without uploading them as attachment first ? There will be so many icon images which will create a mess in attachment section if I do so.
