how to create tabs pane Confluence 4.0.4

In older versions of Confluence I was able to use decks and cards to implement a tab pane...now in Confluence 4.0.4 the navitabs macro which doesn't work they way I want it to...Is there a way to create a tab pane with this navitabs macro?

You tagged your question with confluence-ondemand. Where you abele to install the navitabs plugin in your ondemand Confluence?

And what is it you would like to do with the navitabs plugin? Please post some details about what you want to accomplish, I'm sure I can help you somehow.
