hi folks,
so we are tracking our marketing plan for the year within Jira. Different areas are marked with corresponding labels so we can filter for Newsletters, conferences, etc. No rocket science so far.
Now we want to display these issues in a calendar or similar overview so we can overlook the complete year. Right now we have a static table where we put arranged issues and dates manually.
The calendar plugin provided by Atlassian only allows looking at a spot, I guess its a month.
I cant configure it to display a whole year.
does anyone have an idea how to solve this? Ideally we could use our different labels and make this visible.
This seems like such an easy task but if you're missing the right tools its just impossible..
thanks for any idea!
Hi Markus,
We Team Calendars in confluence to for this. We pick up the jira tickets via JQL and put them the teams calendar. You can also put other customized items. This is a native app from Confluence.
Details: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/team-calendars
However, I haven't seen the functionality for the yearly view.
Regards.
