how to fix this error anytime i logon with local administrator

I see that this user though it's named "administrator" is not in confluence-administrators or system-administrators groups.

May it be the reason? Please, check these groups. They should have at least 1 user.

that's the problem the local confluence admin has been deleted!

The questions are:
• how can you put it back on?
• where can I find the groups confluence-administrators or system-administrators
• I can add the newly created user to these groups

Oh, I see. If I were you I would raise a support request describing all my situation. I don't see an easy way out of this. If it was a Server instance, perhaps, there were something we could try to do.
