can any one tell me how to identify created dates in one list for filters, Dashboards, custom fields, issue types, scheemes and projects as old in Jira cloud? is there any addon for that

Im in cleanup activity so here I want to identify created dates for filters, Dashboards, custom fields, schemes and projects as old in Jira cloud? to cleanup them all for my instance.
