how to index and search inside of a PPT or PDF document attached into Confluence?

Is there any possible to index and search inside of a Power point file or PDF document attached into Confluence?  

and is there any possible to Use the search function to search for specific text in the document, not a filename.

It is possible. You need to make advanced search and select type = attachment.

You can search for text in the mentioned document types.
