An organisation that is a Group owning several companies would have:
- a main landing space for the Group that has access to multiple other spaces of companies
- each space within the main landing space is to have its own policy sections related to HR, Finance etc.
-within the policy section or pages would be child pages.
Please guide on how to create this structure?
You can experiment with the Company Hub. Its primary use is Intranet but it would work well for your purpose

You will end up with a single central page that's easily accesible - then you simply populate it with links and cards and what have you to individual spaces, or pages that you want to highlight.
Hi @Sarah Basit_Systems_HO Welcome to the community!
Create a Main Landing Space for the Group. Name it something like Group HQ
or Group Landing Space
. Add a homepage that introduces the group and links out to each company space. Use pages and page hierarchy to create policy sections. Apply labels like hr-policy
, finance-policy
to policy pages. Page-level restrictions can be used for sensitive content.
Example of hierarchy:
Group HQ Space
├── Welcome to the Group
├── Our Companies
│ ├── [Link to Company A Space]
│ ├── [Link to Company B Space]
Company A Space
├── Company A Overview
├── Policies
│ ├── HR Policies
│ │ ├── Leave Policy
│ ├── Finance Policies
│ │ ├── Budget Policy
Company B Space
├── Company B Overview
├── Policies
│ ├── HR Policies
│ ├── Finance Policies
