How to move a child page from one parent page to a different parent page based on a workflow status of the child page in Confluence
Hi @Arun welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can use Automation for confluence to move a page.
An automation consists of a trigger, in this case Page status changed (see Triggers in Confluence automation for more details)
Next, you can use an action, in this case Move page
This action moves a page, and any nested pages it may have, to another space you specify.
Select (or type) which space to move the page to. You also have the option to designate a page from the selected space as the parent of the page or nested group that is moving.
Thanks @Dave Mathijs for answering that. I have a quick question does moving a child page from one parent to different parent page through automation confluence leave any duplicate of the original child page in the process.

No, a page move doesn't leave a duplicate, it's not a clone.
