how to remove labels not assigned to any page?

I would like to remove this label which is not in use

Can you check if any of the deleted pages have that label? If so, those pages needs to be purged.

Deleted pages containing labels: If you have deleted pages that contain a label, you may need to purge the deleted pages from the space's trash to ensure that the label disappears too.
