I created a database page to document technical issues. Those who report these issues can visit the database to check the status of their submissions. However, I’ve noticed that if a commenter (any ttpe of comment) is not an editor, their comment is not visible to anyone, including me, the owner of the page. How can I fix this issue? I receive email notifications for new comments on this page, but no one can see them.
I've just tested this and it seems like it's a bug indeed.
@Iman Shaterian I'd suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support and discussing this with them as I didn't find any open bugs/suggestions related to this.
