how to turn off the default "we're renaming products to apps" header line in the cloud version

After a cloud upgrade, the "we're renaming products to apps" header line now shows by default with no option to permanently close the header line.

Unfortunately, no - Atlassian does not currently allow end users or even site admins to dismiss these banners permanently in the Jira Cloud UI unless Atlassian provides a dismiss option on the banner itself (usually a small X or “Dismiss” link.
