html output with TOC

How can I export/output a wiki space to a usable html output with navigation, eg the lefthand TOC at minimum or something like the tripane help even better.

This seems an obvious thing folks would want to do, but the html export just produces a bunch of html files, which is not very useful.

I've read about several plugins, etc but it's not clear whether this is possible so thought I'd throw out what I hope is an easy question here.
