i have a folder with html pages and there is a way to zip them, and upload to confluence as one file
how can i upload html files to confluence to view them as html on pages?
As @Mick said it is not possible to include html folder

I don't think your first question is possible, I think you can only attach single files, not folders.
You can use HTML on a page by pasting it inside the HTML macro. See Insert/Other Macros.
