if the page name includes a german umlaut like ä ü ö the created page become an url like confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=7045219.

How can I solve it?

Hi Anna,
it seems to be the correct behaviour. Links do still work all the same like

[Überraschung]

Just some Usermakros and plugins sometimes forget to handle umlauts well.
