Are you adding a picture that was created from their website or from the Confluence app?
It works when you create an image from their site and then export it as the image.
thanks, yeah i try to create the image using the plugin/app.
When we removed the app from our install and then try to re-add it it told us that

I tried the exact same thing and I got the same exact error as you did, I've found their support email: support@excalidraw.com , try with this one.

I ended up contacting narva.net and they saw that there was something wrong and they fixed it.
all good now.
