interactive view of Jira issues on confluence page

Hi

I am able to use Jira macro on Confluence to display a jira issue (or lists of issues from jql).  

I would like for the Confluence page to have dynamic ability i.e. the user can enter an issue id (or some other jira parameter) to view on Confluence a particular issue of their choice.

Is this possible?  

 

(i am new to both confluence and jira)

Hi @Jez ,

You may try the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app.

Wrap your Jira Issues macro in the Table Filter macro body and set the required filters:

Jira 2.pngNow your users can find whatever issues they need easily.

If you are used to Excel/Spreadsheets experience, you'll may use our live filtration. You'll be able to set filters on the go right from the view page and save the changes if required.

Just hover your mouse near the table headers and you'll see the filtering icons:
